I have never been up to the top of Berwick Law, but I picked a good night to go up there, apart from the icy and dark conditions this night.
Going up was pretty straightforward, as it was still light enough to see where I was going. I had planned the moon shot using the "The Photographers Ephermis app on my phone.

I managed to get a few shots as the moon rose over Bass Rock out in the North Sea.
This shot was a long exposure to flatten the water and catch the light on the light house.
I was below zero just after sunset and it was quite slippy going down the rocks, especially with the tripod and heavy camera bag.
I made it back to the campervan and the diesel heater soon got me warmed up.
